An art born of time, gesture, and heart.
It was born in the mountains of Yemen, kept as a closely guarded secret in the port of Mocha. Its precious beans, full of intensity and authenticity, were never meant to leave this land. But men could not resist its call. In the 17th century, a few plants were stolen and shipped to the islands of Indonesia. It was a silent conquest — a struggle of shadows and cunning.
In 1690, among the lands where coffee took root, one mountain stood out: MokamorUnder tropical rains and the light of volcanoes, coffee regained its original vigour.
